Previously, the applicant first proposed Utility Application No. 57-45596.
No. (Utility Model Application No. 58-150034), but first of all, the roof slope could not be changed depending on the situation, and it was necessary to separately prepare new ridge timbers and eaves materials each time. . In addition, during strong winds and rain, there is a disadvantage that water droplets enter through the front opening due to the southerly wind and stay in the compartment space C of the ridge timber. If a drainage hole is provided in the
The sunroom had built in drawbacks where water could fall. Furthermore, if the weather is good and there is a southerly wind, for example, the temperature inside the greenhouse would have risen too much, but a headwind will prevent the rising air for ventilation from flowing outside through ventilation hole 7A, and the temperature inside the greenhouse will rise too much. It had the disadvantage of obstructing ventilation.

The present invention provides a ventilation system that eliminates all of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its gist is that the cover covering the upper part of the ridge timber can be expanded and contracted in the direction of inclination by connecting a plurality of sections, thereby providing ventilation and drainage. Holes 23 are made above the roofing material (glass 4), that is, on the lower surface of the ridge cover 13, and improvements are made to the partition wall provided in the interior space of the cover. A desired inclination angle is set and fixed. Embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, the direction indicated by the arrow as viewed from the outside of the room is referred to as the front. Reference numeral 1 denotes an intermediate rafter for supporting the roof (glass etc.) of the sunroom, which is made of extruded aluminum alloy material and has two types, 1a and 1b, which are joined together by a conventional method. And glass holding groove 1c in the center of both sides.
is provided. Reference numeral 2 denotes an end rafter, which is also made of a type 3 connection, and glass holding grooves 2c are provided on each of its two sides. Note that 3 is a support whose upper end is cut diagonally to support the rafter 2. Therefore, the glass 4, which is a floodlighting roof material, is supported at the center of the sides of the rafters 1 and 2. Both sides of the ridge cover 13 are covered with side plates 24.

Reference numeral 13 denotes a ridge cover, which serves as a rain cover for the sunroom, and serves as reinforcement for the upper and lower covers 13a, 13b and the cover 13, as well as the central partition wall 12.
It is more familiar than the three types. and inclined lower cover 1
A final ventilation hole 10 is punched out on the upper surface of 3a, as shown by the arrow, in the same manner as described above. Further, a hanging partition wall 14 is integrally provided at approximately the center of the lower surface in the longitudinal direction. A gap 15 between the hanging partition wall 14 and the central partition wall 12 forms a ventilation flow path. Note that 16 is a locking piece for fixing the upper end of the central partition wall 12, and the reason why the central partition wall 12 is made into a different type is to facilitate ease of assembly. Further, an L-shaped hook 17' provided at the upper end of the upper surface of the lower cover 13a is attached to the upper cover 1 which will be described later.
This is for adjusting the size of hooking on the plurality of rows of locking portions 17 of 3b.

The upper cover 13b on the outer wall side is provided with a plurality of rows of locking portions 17 on its lower surface. In the embodiment, by providing six rows of locking portions, the degree of inclination can be changed in increments of 5 degrees. The upper end thereof has a circular arc shape to accommodate changes in the inclination angle, is screwed to the outer wall 5, and is finally embedded with mortar coating 18. Note that 19 is a screw holder.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a connecting fitting, which is of type 2, and the lower end of the cross section of the connecting fitting 20b fixed to the outer wall 5 is U-shaped, one side of which is a vertical mounting wall 22, and has an upwardly protruding portion on the outdoor side. has an arc shape, and the connecting fitting 2 is attached to the lower end of the ridge timber 6.
The lower end of 0a is curved in a waveform and extends toward the outer wall 5, and the joint portion with the indoor connecting fitting contacts each other internally and externally to form a slidable arc, and the connecting part on the outer wall 5 side The extending curved portion of the purlin-side connecting fitting 20a is fixed by screws 21 from the bottom surface of the fitting 20b.

According to the configuration of the ventilation system described above, although the ridge timber 6 and the connecting metal fittings, which are strength members, remain unchanged, the inclination angle of the ridge timber 6 with respect to the outer wall 5 can be arbitrarily adjusted. Although it is necessary to change the length of the projecting dimension of the ridge cover 13 with respect to the outer wall 5 depending on the degree of change in the inclination angle, the lower cover 13a
The dimensions of the skin plate 13b and the skin plate 13b can be adjusted as described above. Finally, the arc-shaped upper end of the skin plate 13b is fixed to the outer wall with screws, and the upper end is further covered with mortar 18. Furthermore, rafter 1,
2, the inclination angle is determined in advance, so if you cut the end diagonally in advance, the end surface will be similar to the outer wall 5.
It will come into contact with.

According to the present invention described above, the dimensions of the ridge cover 13 are adjustable and the angle of inclination of the ridge timbers can be changed using the connecting fittings 20, so when installing a sunroom etc., the roof slope can be adjusted according to various situations. You can choose. Since there are no ventilation holes in the front of the ridge cover 13, the ventilation will not be impossible to discharge due to wind pressure, and especially when the temperature inside the sunroom rises on a sunny day and ventilation is being performed, the roofing material The wind blowing up along the glass surface flows into the ridge cover 13 through the ventilation/drainage hole 23 provided on the bottom surface of the ridge cover 13, and flows out into the atmosphere through the ventilation hole 10 on the top surface. As a result, upward airflow is sucked through the air gap 15 to promote ventilation. In addition, during rainy weather, rainwater that falls through the ventilation hole 10 provided at the lower end of the ridge cover 13 passes through the ventilation hole/drainage hole 23 and is drained directly onto the roof, so that rainwater may not enter the sunroom. There is no risk of rainwater remaining inside the ventilation system. Furthermore, if each member of the present invention is produced from aluminum alloy shapes, mass production is possible through simple cutting and punching operations, which contributes to cost reduction, and with good corrosion resistance, there is no need for maintenance such as painting over a long period of time. .
