Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案はスキーやオートバイレースのために用
いられるゴーグルであつて、ゴーグル装着者の両
眼の視野のために設けられた別体の２つのレンズ
を側方から差込むためのゴーグル本体を有してお
り、ゴーグル本体にレンズを受容するためのみぞ
が設けられていて、レンズの縁部を形状とが全面
的にゴーグル本体の形状に合わされていることに
よつて、ゴーグル本体に液密に密閉されている形
式のものに関する。
従来の技術 この形式のゴーグル、例えばスキー用のゴーグ
ルは透明プラスチツク製のレンズを有しており、
このレンズは固定的に嵌め込まれているか又は少
なくとも特殊な工具がなかつたり専門家によらな
ければ交換できないものである。しかしながら、
レンズを素人でも容易に交換できるようなゴーグ
ルの需要が生じてきた。それというのは、レンズ
の比較的に軟質のプラスチツクが傷つけられやす
いからというばかりでなく、通常の晴天用レンズ
を悪天候用に特殊レンズや遮光用のカラーレンズ
等を一時的に交換したいとう願望も生じているか
らである。
既に公知であるスポーツ用ゴーグルにおいて
は、ゴーグルのつるを折りたたんだ状態でレンズ
が側方からゴーグル本体に押し入れられて後、つ
るを折り開くことによつてゴーグル本体に固定さ
れる。つるの代わりにヘツドバンドが装備された
スキーや自動二輪車運転又はそれ以外のスポーツ
用ゴーグルもしくは保護眼鏡においては、アメリ
カ合衆国特許第3229303号明細書に開示された解
決手段によつて、側方から差込み可能でゴーグル
本体にも固定可能なレンズを有するゴーグルを提
供しているが失敗に終わつている。
考案が解決しようとする課題 本考案が解決しようとする課題は冒頭に述べた
形式のゴーグルを改良して前述の交換可能なレン
ズを装備できるように構成することである。
課題を解決するための手段 前述の課題を解決する本考案の構成は、レンズ
が、ゴーグル本体のみぞにレンズを差込んだ状態
でゴーグル装着者のこめかみに近い縁部でもつて
グリツプに埋め込まれていて、グリツプが、レン
ズを差込んだ状態でゴーグル本体の突起を取囲む
球形係合部を有していることである。
考案の効果 レンズをゴーグル本体において出入れするため
には、レンズがレンズを差込んだ状態でゴーグル
装着者のこめかみの近くに相当する縁部でもつて
例えばプラスチツク製の特別のグリツプ内に埋め
込まれており、グリツプはレンズを差込んだ状態
においてゴーグル本体の突起を取囲む特殊な球形
係合部を有している。この構成によつて、レンズ
は一方でなゴーグル本体に固定されているが、他
方で軽く指で押すことによつて難なく固定を解決
することができる。
実施態様 レンズは例えばオールウエザーレンズや遮光レ
ンズ又は悪天候用の特殊レンズであつてもよい。
又、レンズは単層レンズとして又は温度差を少な
くした二重レンズとして構成することもできる。
本考案によるゴーグルにおいては、末端消費者
もしくはゴーグル装着者によつて著しく容易に側
方での差し込み・引き出しによつてレンズを交換
することができる。これによつて、あらゆる天候
状況のために適当なレンズ使用する可能性が与え
られた。
ゴーグル本体は、レンズのみぞが加工されてい
る射出成形された特別なレンズフレームを有して
いることもできる。
実施例 第１図に示すように、ゴーグル装着者の両眼の
視野のために設けられた別体の２つのレンズはプ
ラスチツク製のグリツプ１を有していて左右１つ
ずつ、ゴーグル本体４の外端部からレンズフレー
ム３に差込まれている。レンズ２は、レンズを差
込んだ状態でゴーグル装着者のこめかみ近くにあ
る縁部と形状とでもつて全面的にゴーグル本体４
の形状に合わされていることによつて、ゴーグル
本体４に液密に密閉されて結合されている。
この結合形式は第５図に断面して示すように、
ゴーグル本体４の突起４ａがグリツプ１の球形係
合部１ａと協働するスナツプ結合によつて得られ
る。図面に示したレンズ２は二重レンズである。
レンズ２を交換する場合には、軽く指で押すこ
とによつて、球形係合部１ａと突起４ａとの係合
を解離する。レンズ２はレンズフレーム３のみぞ
５（第６図）に案内されて左側にもしくは右側に
引き出される（第３図）。レンズ２を完全に引き
出した状態においては、ゴーグル本体４の突起４
ａが正面から見えている（第４図）。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案によるゴーグルの正面図、第２
図はゴーグルの左半分の外端部を部分的に示した
図、第３図は本考案によるゴーグルの左半分から
レンズを部分的に引き出した状態を示した図、第
４図は、ゴーグルの左半分からレンズを完全に外
した状態を示した図、第５図は第２図に示したゴ
ーグルをＡ−Ａ線に沿つて断面して示した図、第
６図は第３図に示したゴーグルをＢ−Ｂ線に沿つ
て断面して示した図である。 １…グリツプ、１ａ…球形係合部、２…レン
ズ、３…レンズフレーム、４…ゴーグル本体、４
ａ…突起、５…みぞ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ゴーグルであつて、ゴーグル装着者の両眼の
    視野のために設けられた別体の２つのレンズを
    側方から差込むためのゴーグル本体を有してお
    り、ゴーグル本体にレンズを受容するためのみ
    ぞが設けられていて、レンズの縁部と形状とが
    全面的にゴーグル本体の形状に合わされている
    ことによつて、ゴーグル本体に液密に密閉され
    ている形式のものにおいて、レンズ２が、ゴー
    グル本体４のみぞ５にレンズ２を差込んだ状態
    でゴーグル装着者のこめかみに近い縁部でもつ
    てグリツプ１に埋め込まれていて、グリツプ１
    が、レンズ２を差込んだ状態でゴーグル本体４
    の突起４ａを取囲む球形係合部１ａを有してい
    ることを特徴とするゴーグル。 ２ グリツプ１がプラスチツクから成つていて、
    レンズの縁部に不動に結合されている、実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のゴーグル。 ３ レンズ２がオールウエザーレンズ又は悪天候
    用のレンズ又は遮光レンズである、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のゴーグ
    ル。 ４ レンズ２が単層レンズ又は温度差を少なくす
    るための二重レンズとして構成されている、実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第３項までの
    いずれか１つの項に記載のゴーグル。 ５ 軟質のゴーグル本体４が、レンズ２を受容す
    るためのみぞ５が加工されているレンズフレー
    ム３を有している、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項から第４項までのいずれか１つの項に記載
    のゴーグル。 ６ レンズフレーム３がプラスチツク射出成形部
    分から成つている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ５項記載のゴーグル。
