部材の小径部間に介設され、長手方向に一対の
凹溝を備えた横設棒と、前記鶏卵状小冠部材の
両側を挟着支持する対向状一対の鶏卵状大冠部
材及び該鶏卵状大冠部材の小径部間に架設され
た把手棒とで前記ロール回転機構を可回転に保
持し、前記ロール回転機構の外面全域を、両端
縁の幅方向全域を夫々袋状に逢着した可撓性カ
バーで被覆すると共に、この各袋状の両端縁に
は、その全面に亙り細棒を各々嵌入し、両一対
の細棒を前記横設棒の凹溝に嵌着し、更に該横
設棒の対向外被面に板材を介してビス着して、
