透明な導電基板を、導電層が対向するよう間隙を
介して配設すると共に、両導電基板間に電界応答
型液晶層を設けて液晶セルを形成し、液晶セルの
各導電層間に電源を接続すると共に、該両導電層
間に印加される電圧を可変可能な電圧可変手段を
