In such a conventional bucket cart device, the dirt scraped up by the rotary brush accumulates in a mountain in the rear bucket cart, and the dirt increases toward the inside of the front bucket, especially on the front opening side of the rear bucket cart. It is not possible to efficiently accumulate garbage sequentially from the rear inside the rear bucket. As a result, even though the rear bucket compartment is not yet full of trash, the accumulated debris that moves toward the front bucket compartment and bulges up on the front opening side of the rear bucket compartment becomes entangled with the rotary brush.
There has been a problem in that the post-brushing cleaning operation using the rotary brush becomes extremely difficult and the efficiency of the operation is significantly reduced. In addition, in the case of the above-mentioned bucket cart, the rotary brush only scrapes up and collects dirt into the rear bucket cart, so the bucket cart must be taken in and out frequently in narrow work sites with low height and depth. In this respect as well, there was a problem of poor work efficiency. On the other hand, there was a device to prevent sand from sliding in the hopper of a road cleaning vehicle of Utility Model No. 45-31633, and Utility Model No. 52-
No. 168471 discloses a tractor-mounted road cleaning device that includes a conveyor that conveys dirt and earth scraped by a brush to a hopper at a separate location. However, with the above configuration, although it is possible to simply accumulate dust and the like in the hopper, it is not possible to move the dust and the like to the rear of the hopper as necessary. This invention was made to solve the above problems, and it can increase the ability of the rotary brush to scrape up and collect dirt, and it also makes cleaning work easier by moving dirt etc. in narrow spaces. The object of the present invention is to provide a sweeper bucket device that can perform the following functions.

A preferred embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the sweeper shown in FIG. 1, a bucket holding mechanism 2 is installed at the rear of a vehicle 1 consisting of a loader, and in the illustrated example, this bucket holding mechanism 2 is constructed from that of a bucket hoe. That is, a lift arm 4 whose base end is pivotally supported at the rear of the vehicle 1 via an outrigger 3;
a lift cylinder 5 that drives the lift arm 4 up and down; a tilt arm 6 pivotably supported on the tip of the lift arm 4 so as to be able to bend vertically; a tilt cylinder 7 that drives the tilt arm 6; a base end connected to the tilt arm 6. It has a well-known configuration including a bucket cylinder 8. A sweeper bucket device 10 according to this invention is installed at the tip of the bucket holding mechanism 2. This bucket device 10 includes the tilt arm 6
It consists of a rear bucket belt 11 held at the tip of the rear bucket belt, and a front bucket belt 12 provided on the front side of the rear bucket belt 11. More specifically, the rear bucket 11 has an opening 11a facing diagonally upward and forward, and the upper part of the back wall is pivotally supported by a pin P1 at the tip of the tilt arm 6 so as to be movable up and down. Also, rear bucket 11
An auxiliary wheel 23 is provided at the lower rear side of the vehicle.
The rear end side upper part of the front bucket trunk 12 is pivoted to the upper end side of the rear bucket trunk 11 by a pin P2 so as to be able to move up and down, and is connected to the tip of the bucket trunk cylinder 8 by a pin P3, so that the bucket trunk cylinder 8 can be expanded and contracted. When activated, the opening 11a of the rear bucket 11 is opened and closed. Such rear bucket cart 11 and front bucket cart 1
2 forms a rectangular box storage chamber when the front bucket 12 is closed. In addition, the front bucket 12 has a ground side opening 1.
2a, and has a built-in rotary brush 13 for grounding through this ground side opening 12. The rotary brush 13 is rotatably supported on both side walls of the front bucket 12 via bearings, and is rotationally driven by a driving means 14 such as a hydraulic motor installed on the front bucket 12. It's getting old. Furthermore, a height adjusting means 15 for the rotary brush 13 is provided on the side of the front bucket. The height adjusting means 15 is for adjusting the amount of protrusion of the rotary brush 13 from the ground side opening 12a of the front bucket 12, and in this embodiment, as shown in more detail in FIG.
It consists of a threaded rod 15B having a diameter A, and a female threaded piece 15C that is screwed onto the rod and integrally connected to the bearing of the rotary brush 13. This height adjustment means 15 is configured such that when the threaded rod 15B is rotated with the handle 15A, the female threaded piece 15
C is screwed in the vertical direction, thereby moving the bearing of the rotary brush 13 in the height direction. In this case, the driving means 14 such as a hydraulic motor is moved together with the bearing, and the amount of protrusion of the rotary brush 13 is adjusted. On the other hand, at the inner bottom of the rear bucket 11, a conveyor 16 is installed that extends from a position near the rotary brush 13 toward the rear inner part of the rear bucket 11. The illustrated conveyor 16 is an endless belt conveyor and is driven by a drive means 17 to rotate in forward and reverse directions. The driving means 17 in this case is a fully hydraulic type Orbitrol (trade name) motor that is connected to the existing hydraulic circuit of the vehicle 1 and drives the belt conveyor 16 in forward and reverse rotation. Further, in the lower part of the back wall of the rear bucket 11, there is formed an opening for conveyed material discharge port 18 for sending out the waste transferred by the belt conveyor 16, and the conveyed material discharge port 18 is provided with an opening/closing means 19. The opening/closing means 19 is comprised of a lid plate pivotally supported by a hinge 20 at the upper edge of the conveyed material discharge port 18 so as to be vertically movable. Further, on the back of the rear bucket 11, there is an upper latching means 21 for latching and holding the lid plate 19 in the open position.
and lower latching means 22 for locking the lid plate 19 in the closed position. A third example showing an example of these latching means 21 and 22
In the figure, the upper latching means 21 is attached to the rear bucket 1.
It consists of a latch piece whose upper end side is rotatably supported by a pin P4 at a position spaced apart above the conveyed material discharge port 18 on the back wall surface of 1. This locking piece 21 is designed to clip the upper end edge of the opened lid plate 19 between the rear wall surface of the rear bucket 11 and release the clipping by flipping it upward from this state. It's summery. On the other hand, the lower hanging means 22
It consists of a pair of left and right socket pieces whose base ends are rotatably supported by pins P5 and P6 on both sides of the lower part of the cover plate 19, and the socket pieces 22 can be rotated between the locking position and the non-locking position of the cover plate 19. I'm trying to displace it. Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained. first,
Close the front bucket 12 and remove the rotary brush 1.
3 and the auxiliary wheels 23 are brought into a stable state in contact with the surface to be cleaned, and the cover plate 19 is closed and held in a locked state. In this state, when the rotary brush 13 and the conveyor 16 are rotated in the direction of the arrow in the figure and the vehicle 1 is driven forward, the rotary brush 13 brushes the surface to be cleaned and removes the accumulated dirt on the surface into the rear bucket 11. Scratch into. The scraped garbage is sequentially sent to a deep part of the rear bucket 11 by a belt conveyor 16. In this way, the collected garbage that has accumulated from the back inside the rear bucket 11 and has piled up inside the front bucket 12 can be disposed of at the designated garbage disposal with the rear bucket 11 and front bucket 12 lifted up to an appropriate height. After being transported to a field or the like, they are dumped by opening the rear bucket 11 and front bucket 12. The above is for normal cleaning work, but if the work site is a narrow space with a low height, the cover plate 1
9 and perform cleaning work. In this case, the bucket apparatus 10 is entered into the narrow space from the front bucket 12 side. In this state, the rotary brush 13 and conveyor 16
By rotating both the rotary brush 13 and the rear bucket 11, the dirt scraped up by the rotary brush 13 is transferred by the conveyor 16 to the conveyed material discharge port 18.
Sent from In this way, after the accumulated garbage at the narrow work site is once moved to the front, the accumulated garbage can be collected in the bucket device 10 and transported and disposed of by dumping as described above. Note that the bucket device 10 is not necessarily limited to a bucket truck, but may be installed in the front of the vehicle 1 such as a loader, or in a forklift. Similar effects can be obtained.

As described above, according to this invention, the dirt scraped into the rear bucket cart by the rotary brush is sequentially sent to the deep part of the rear bucket cart by the conveyor, so that the dirt piles up only near the front opening of the rear bucket cart. Compared to conventional bucket devices of this type, the garbage collection capacity is greatly improved. Also, unless the rear bucket is full,
Since there is no risk that the dirt scraped into the rear bucket may become entangled with the rotary brush, the cleaning work can be carried out smoothly and efficiently. Furthermore, since the dirt scraped up by the rotary brush is sequentially sent to the back of the rear bucket by a conveyor, it is possible to remove dirt by opening the discharge port in narrow and narrow sites with low height and depth. Cleaning can be carried out after moving to a large space, and there is no need to frequently take out and take out buckets as in the past, so cleaning work can be carried out smoothly and efficiently even in such narrow spaces.
