- アルミニウム材料からなるシリンダヘツドに燃
焼室に開口する吸気ポートおよび排気ポートを設
け、これらポートの開口縁に吸気バルブ、排気バ
ルブが接離するバルブシートを設けたシリンダヘ
ツドのバルブシートにおいて、前記開口縁にレー
ザビームを照射してアルミニウム表面を溶融し、
この溶融部にボロン材を供給して合金層を形成し
たことを特徴とするシリンダヘツドのバルブシー
ト。
