を司る通信処理機構２３と、制御プログラムのロード要
求の受付および解析を行うと共に、後述する端末制御装
置３のプログラム制御機構３１を起動して主記憶装置２
２への制御プログラムのロードを行うプログラム監視機
構２１とが設けられている。一方、３は可搬式の端末制
御装置であり、端末装置２に対し信号線５により容易に
接続できるようになっている。そして、この端末制御装
置３内には、制御プログラムを格納したプログラム記憶
装置３２と、このプログラム記憶装置３２から制御プロ
グラムを取り出すプログラム制御機構３１とが設けられ

ットワークを介在することがないため、プログラムロー
