はONの状態を保ち、常時スターターを回転させ
、エンジンを始動することが出来る状態となる。
更に、遅延時間経過後においては、スターター回
路に入れたリレー接点S2はOFFの状態となり
、エンジンキースイツチKの操作によつてはエン
ジンを始動することが出来なくなる様に構成した
