Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶融するアルミニウム合金を金型装置内に
    圧入するホツトチヤンバ型ダイカストマシン用射
    出装置であつて、 プランジヤスリーブ内を摺動変位する射出ピス
    トンの外周にピストンリングを外装させ、 前記ピストンリングは８０Kg・ｆ／mm2以上の
    曲げ強度を有する窒化珪素系のセラミツクスで形
    成され、且つ断面矩形状を呈し１個所に分離部位
    が設けられたことを特徴とするダイカストマシン
    用射出装置。 (2) 請求項１記載の装置において、プランジヤ
    スリーブは少なくともピストンリングが実質的に
    摺動する部位を窒化珪素系または硼化物系セラミ
    ツクスで形成されたことを特徴とするダイカスト
    マシン用射出装置。
