Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 射出シリンダの先端部に設けられたノズル装置
に、射出シリンダの樹脂流路と連通する樹脂流入
路と、この樹脂流入路の下流端と連通する樹脂射
出路とが形成されるとともに、樹脂射出路には加
圧流体を金型内に注入するための供給路が連通さ
れ、一方、樹脂流入路内に配設されたニードル部
材により前記樹脂流入路と樹脂射出路とを連通・
遮蔽自在に構成された射出成形用ノズル装置にお
いて、 前記樹脂射出路が上流端から下流端にかけて漸
次径大になされたテーパ孔に形成され、且つ樹脂
射出路の下流端の射出口の径が金型のスプルの入
口径よりも小さくなされたことを特徴とする射出
成形用ノズル装置。
