Claims (1)
- 地表に直接又は間接的に支承された水平軸上に
、離間して配設された二の軸支点に腕片の一端を
軸支し、上記腕片の開放端間に該腕片と交差する
方向に仕切体を跨設し、上記腕片の上記軸に対す
る回動工程は緩俯角から略鉛直の方向の範囲内と
なるようにすると共に、下降位置にある上記腕片
に物干具の係留部を設けたことを特徴とする回転
