Claims (1)
- 平滑な上面を有する支持台に、前記支持台の上
面を封蓋可能な蓋体を取付け、少なくとも前記支
持台上面および前記蓋体下側裏面のいずれか一方
を一定の厚さを有するパツキン部材によつて枠取
りし、封蓋状態において前記支持台上面および蓋
体下側裏面、並びにパツキン部材内周面によつて
減圧チヤンバが形成されるようにし、前記蓋体の
少なくとも前記減圧チヤンバ上面を形成する領域
を弾力のあるシート部材によつて形成し、前記支
持台上面の前記減圧チヤンバ底面を形成する領域
の周縁近傍に、複数の吸気孔を設け、前記吸気孔
に真空ポンプを連絡してなる写真印画紙の樹脂被
覆体の製造装置。
