- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 商用電圧を整流する整流回路と、この整流回路
の直流出力信号をスイツチングするスイツチング
回路と、スイツチングされた信号を昇圧する昇圧
トランスと、昇圧された信号を整流して出力する
出力回路と、前記スイツチング回路を制御する制
御回路と、この制御回路に電源電圧を供給する補
助電源回路と、強制空冷用のフアンとを備える強
制空冷高圧電源装置において、 前記補助電源回路は、前記制御回路に電源電圧
を供給する第１出力回路と、前記フアンを駆動す
るための電圧を出力する第２の出力回路とを備え
るとともに、前記第２の出力回路の出力を帰還す
る帰還回路からの帰還信号に応答して、前記第１
の出力回路への入力を制御する制御部を備えたこ
とを特徴とする強制空冷高圧電源装置。
