図において、１……ステツプモータ、２……エ
ンコーダ、３……クローズドループ制御回路、４
……モータ駆動回路、５……クローズドループ終
了検出回路、６……オープンループ相切換回路で
ある。

期した信号を発生するエンコーダとから成り、定
速回転時には、前記エンコーダの信号を使用（フ
イードバツク）してステツプモータの相切換えを
行い回転を制御する回路（以下クローズループ制
御回路と言う）と、回転開始または停止時に、所
定の周期でステツプモータの相切換えを行い回転
を制御する回路（以下オープンループ制御回路と
言う）から構成されるステツプモータ制御装置に
おいて、クローズドループ制御の最後を検出する
回路より前記クローズドループの最後が検出され
た時、別途のモータの回転検出回路によつて、前
記モータの回転速度を検出し、前記モータを停止
させるために最適な相切換え手順を前記回転速度
に整合して選択できる回路を備えたことを特徴と
したステツプモータの制御装置。 It consists of a step motor and an encoder that generates a signal periodic to the rotation of the step motor.
