【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、アルミサツシなどの枠材内部に錠
本体を嵌入した状態で取付けられる扉錠に関し、

嵌入するため、例えば、まず上端部から枠材内に
嵌入し、若干上方にずらせて下端部を嵌入した上
で図示の状態に位置させる必要があり、そのため
には枠材に錠本体の奥行寸法よりもかなり深い奥
行寸法を必要とし、錠本体と同寸法程度の枠材で
は取付けられない難点があつた。さらにまた、錠
本体を上下に移動させることができないような場
合にも(第1図参照)、適用できない取付構造で
ある。

合孔を形成した一端部が錠本体の奥行方向に伏せ
た伏倒状態と、錠本体の開口部を通り、枠材内面
に添つて立上がつた起立状態とを取り得るように
したものである。

違い戸錠への適用例である。錠本体1の概略構造
について説明すると、3は回動可能に設けられた
施錠片で、図示しない操作ツマミの操作によつて
摺動可能なリトラクター4とピン4aによつて連
結されている。5は、前記リトラクター4に形成
した複数個の透孔と噛み合うギヤー付のハブで、
対向枠材側に設けられる図示しないシリンダーに
よつて操作可能である。アルミサツシなどの枠材
2には、施錠片3の出没用透孔2aの外に、ハブ
5の突出端を嵌挿する透孔2bが形成されてお
り、前述の、枠材2内において上下方向の移動が
できない扉錠となつている。2cは、錠本体1の
取付用切欠きである。6は、この考案の要部をな
す取付片で、この例では錠本体の上部を止定すべ
く使用されている。この取付片は、一端部に取付
ネジ7の螺合孔6aを有しており、略直角に折曲
げられた他端部6bにおいて錠本体1に起伏可能
に係止されている。

れた一端部において拡大部8aを有しており(第
3図参照)、この拡大部8aにおいて抜け止めを
図つて錠本体1のケース側壁ないし蓋体1aに形
成した透孔1dから他端部8bを外方に突出させ
ている。9は、この他端部8bを挿通してケース
側壁ないし蓋体1bに設けた螺合孔1eに緩く螺
着した締付ネジである。なお1fは、長座取付ビ
スの螺合孔で、前記取付片6にはこれに対応して
透孔6cが形成されている。1gはケース側壁な
いし蓋体1aの延長上に設けられた上部固定片
で、錠本体1を枠材2内に納めた状態において枠
材2の外面に当てがわれる。

で、取付ネジ14の螺合孔13aを有し、枠材2

完了する。取付片10を伏倒状態に保持するに
は、枠材2に形成される取付ネジ11挿通用の孔
を利用したり、あるいは錠本体の前面に形成した
挿通孔からドライバーの先端部を差し込んで保持
する等の方策が採用可能である。

きを小さくし得る利点も有しており、さらにま
た、従来のごとく、枠材側に取付片や裏板を設け
る必要もなく、確実な取付状態が得られる扉錠を
提供しえたのである。
