Claims (1)
- 固定軸先端の磁石と、ケース上壁内面の磁石に
より、互いに反発するように挟持された磁石を先
端部に持ち、この反発力により磁気軸受を構成し
、且つ駆動源により回転されることにより固定軸
との間で空気軸受を構成する中空回転軸を有する
空気磁気軸受型光偏向器において、上記中空回転
軸を含む回転体に接触してこれを固定する位置と
離反する位置とに上下動可能な係止手段を上記ケ
ースの上壁部に設けると共に、上記係止手段と上
記ケース上壁との隙間を磁性流体でシールして構
成されることを特徴とする空気磁気軸受型光偏向
器。
