    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個のコレクタ電極と、その外周部に調整用
    磁石を少なくとも有するマイクロ波管用多段コレ
    クタにおいて、各コレクタ電極の一部又は全部が
    磁性材料で構成され、かつ前記の調整用磁石の軸
    方向の長さが各コレクタ電極の真空外囲器を構成
    する部分のいずれの電極間隔よりも小さいことを
    特徴とするマイクロ波管用多段コレクタ。
