Claims (1)
- 片面に粘着剤を塗布した保護テープ１６によ熱
電対２ジヤンクシヨン２−１を覆うとともに、当
該保護テープ１６の周壁を押圧して被測定物１の
表面に該ジヤンクシヨン２−１を密着させ、一定
量の断熱剤４を硬化させることにより当該保護テ
ープ１６を介して該ジヤンクシヨン２−１を該被
測定物１に固定したことを特徴とする熱電対固定
構造。
