トにおいて、前記外環１と内環２の間にゴム状弾
性材製の袋体７を配置し、前記袋体７に小孔８を
開設し、前記外環１と内環２が所定量偏心変位し
たときに前記小孔８を封塞する封塞手段６を設定
してなることを特徴とするセンターベアリングサ
