Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、回転定盤を用いて遊離砥粒あるいは固定砥粒
により光学部品、電子部品等の被加工物に微小角斜面あ
るいは曲面を形成するための加工用治具に関する。
（従来の技術）

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被加工物取り付け台の一方の端部に変位調整部を
    、他方の端部に被加工物を配設し、回転する研磨定盤上
    にて被加工物を曲面形成する加工用治具において、 前記変位調整部を支持し、かつ微小変位可能な支持部を
    有する治具本体を備えたことを特徴とする加工用治具。
  2. （２）治具本体は、上部部材と中間部材と基台とを有し
    、 前記上部部材は、縁部に配設された３個の微小変位手段
    を介して前記基台に連結され、かつ、この連結する手段
    と前記上部部材との間には弾性部材が設けられ、 前記中間部材は、前記上部部材に連結されるとともに、
    内側に支持部が形設されていることを特徴とする請求項
    １記載の加工用治具。
  3. （３）治具本体は、基台と支持部材とを有し、前記支持
    部材は、支持部を有し、かつ中央に微小変位手段を介し
    て前記基台に連結され、かつ、この連結する手段と前記
    支持部材との間には弾性部材が設けられていることを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の加工用治具。
  4. （４）被加工物取り付け台におもりを保持する保持部を
    形設したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の加工用治具。
  5. （５）基台下部に研磨定盤修正部材を固設し、この研磨
    定盤修正部材の下面に対し支持部の上面を平行にしたこ
    とを特徴とする請求項２あるいは３記載の加工用治具。
