Prior Art As is well known, when satsushi shoji is opened and closed, shock or unexpected external force may cause the door roller to come off its wheels or come off the bottom frame and fall. Since there is a risk of serious accidents occurring in high-rise buildings, every possible measure must be taken to prevent them. Furthermore, even when the locking device is in operation, the sash shoji may be stolen by being removed by lifting the shoji from the outside due to various defects such as wear of the locking device.

In order to prevent the above-mentioned satsushi shoji accidents,
A large number of locking devices have been proposed in the past, as described below. For example, (1) one of the fins protruding from the opposing surfaces of the two guide rails of the upper frame of the shoji is provided with two notches at a distance approximately equal to the width of the shoji, and the part that overlaps with the notches is cut out. Utility Model No. 53-122042 with a fixed stop. (2) Either a male thread or a female thread member is fixed to the upper frame, and the other member is screwed into this.
issue. (3) It is attached to the vertical stile of the shoji screen, and the stopper operates in conjunction with the operation of the locking device, and the operation is released by the release member in the closed position.
No. 158467. (4) A piece-shaped contact part is removably attached to a locking part provided on the upper frame.
No. 29763, (5) There is a device in which a retaining piece is pivotally attached to the upper frame so as to be freely rotatable downward, and the retaining piece is locked and held in a horizontal position.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Although some of the conventional techniques have been listed above, these conventional techniques only partially attach the stopper to the upper frame (Utility Model Application No. 54-158467 Although the number is attached to the vertical frame of the shoji, it is the same in that it is partially the same). As shown in Figure 7, when a force is applied to lift the entire shoji 1 directly above the shoji, the shoji Since the upper stile 2 of 1 hits the stopper 100 and is prevented from being lifted, the above-mentioned derailment, falling,
Accidents such as removal from the outside will not occur.

However, when only one side of the shoji 1 is lifted as shown in Fig. 8, the above-mentioned accident occurs because the shoji 1 is lifted in an inclined state centered on the contact point between the stopper 100 and the upper stile 2. It is. (5) Utility Model Application Publication No. 171248/1987 shows a long retaining piece, but the retaining piece is still provided in a part of the opening/closing movement range of the shoji, which causes the above-mentioned accident. It was hot.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above-described shortcomings of the conventional device, the present application forms a downwardly projecting shoji guide rail on the upper frame and forms two guide grooves separated by the shoji guide rail. In a slide sash in which the upper part of the shoji is guided by the shoji guide rail so that the upper part of the shoji can be opened and closed, the bottom of one of the guide grooves has an area facing the top surface of the shoji in the closed position and an area facing the top surface of the shoji in the open position. Approximately half of the area on the vertical frame side in the area facing A rod-shaped abutting frame with a length slightly shorter than half of the width of the shoji is provided, and at the bottom of the other guide groove there is a height that allows the shoji to be lifted in the area facing the top surface of the shoji at the intermediate position of the opening/closing movement. A rod-shaped abutting frame having a vertical height dimension that can be limited to be smaller than the amount of lifting of the shoji required to remove the shoji and having a length slightly shorter than the width of the shoji in the direction of movement of the shoji is brought into contact with the above in the direction of movement of the shoji. It is characterized in that it is disposed so as to be substantially continuous with the frame, and is attached such that required portions of the three abutment frames can be removed from that position.

In the drawing, 3 is an upper frame, and the upper frame 3 has a shoji guide rail 4 that guides the upper part of the shoji 1 so that it can be opened and closed freely, and two adjacent guides separated by the shoji guide rail 4. Grooves 5 and 6 are formed respectively. The guide groove 5 on the indoor IN side is provided with an engaging protrusion 7 extending a part of the upper frame 3 toward the indoor IN side, and an engaging protrusion 7 hanging down from the upper frame 3. As in the prior art, an I-shaped base plate 8 is slidably fitted onto the engaging protrusion 7 located approximately at the center of the length, and a slide plate 9 is attached to the base plate 8.
In addition, in the guide groove 6 on the outdoor OUT side, an engaging protrusion 10 and an upper frame 3 that protrude from the shoji guide rail 4 toward the outdoor side are provided.
Engagement protrusions 10 protruding from the outer wall board toward the indoor side are provided so as to face each other.

In the guide grooves 5 and 6, there are two contact frames 11 and 11b whose length is set to be slightly shorter than half of the shoji width L in the moving direction of the shoji 1, and two abutment frames 11 and 11b that are set to have a length slightly shorter than half of the shoji width L in the moving direction of the shoji 1. Contact frame 11 set to a length slightly shorter than the overall length
A restraining member 12 composed of a total of three contact frames 11, 11a, and 11b is provided. These abutment frames 11, 11a, and 11b are configured to have vertical height dimensions that can limit the amount by which the shoji can be lifted to be smaller than the amount by which the shoji can be lifted to remove the shoji. When installing or removing the shoji 1, any of the abutment frames 11, 11a, 11b arranged at the required portions can be slid in the guide grooves 5, 6 or removed, so that the above arrangement can be achieved. It is designed so that it can be removed from its installed position.

Each of the contact frames 11, 11a, and 11b has a hollow prismatic cross-sectional shape, and U-shaped fitting grooves 13 are provided on both sides of the upper part, and screw insertion holes 14 are provided at predetermined positions at the bottom. However, there is a right insertion hole 14 at the top.
Attachment holes 15 are drilled in correspondence with the above. Of the contact frames 11, 11a, and 11b as described above, first, the fitting groove 13 of the contact frame 11 is slidably fitted into the engagement protrusion 7 of the indoor IN side guide groove 5, and as shown in FIG. Position it on the closed side C of the shoji 1 so that its outer end is close to the vertical frame 16 on the left side, screw the screw 18 inserted through the screw insertion hole 16 into the mounting hole 15, and attach the tip to the upper frame 3. It is fixed by applying pressure (hereinafter this installation is referred to as sliding type). Next, the abutting frame 11b is slidably attached to the open side O of the indoor IN side guide groove 5 in close proximity to the vertical frame 16, similarly to the abutting frame 11 described above. Finally, the contact frame 11a slidably fits the fitting groove 13 into the engagement protrusion 10 of the outdoor OUT side guide groove 6, and in FIG. 4, the left half is closed and the right half is opened. It is positioned on side O so as to straddle both sides, and is slidably attached in the same manner as the above two. As a result, the contact frame 1 that constitutes the restraining material 12
1, 11a, and 11b are arranged within the upper frame 3, as shown in FIG. Therefore, the upper stile 2 of the shoji 1 vertically faces the restraining material 12 not only on the closing side C and the opening side O, but also throughout the opening and closing strokes of the shoji 1, causing abnormal external force to act on the shoji 1. Even if the upper stile 2 hits the restraining material 12 and the upper stile 2 attempts to be lifted, the lifting is stopped, and accidents such as derailment or falling are completely prevented, and removal from the outside is also impossible.

Next, in the embodiment of the present application as described above, the shoji 1
The erection and removal of the structure is carried out by removing the abutting frames 11, 11a, 11b, which are disposed at the required portions, from the disposed positions as follows. First of all
, loosen the screws 18 fixing each of the contact frames 11 and 11a, slide the contact frame 11 on the closed side C to the open side O together with the slide plate 9, and
By sliding 1a to the open side O in the same way,
A large entrance/exit part 19 is configured on the closed side C (7th
Figure A). In this part, the lifting of the shoji 1 by the restraining material 12 is not restricted, and the length L1 of the entrance/exit part 19 is maintained.
Since the lengths of the abutment frames 11, 11a, and 11b are set to the above-mentioned lengths, they are naturally longer than the width L of the shoji 1, so that they can be easily installed and removed. Although not shown, the contact frames 11, 1

Effects As described above, in the present invention, approximately half of the vertical frame side of the area facing the top surface of the shoji in the closed position is placed in one of the two guide grooves of the upper frame. A rod-shaped contact frame with a slightly shorter length is arranged, and a rod-shaped contact frame with a length slightly shorter than the width of the shoji is placed in the other guide groove in the area facing the upper frame of the shoji at an intermediate position. Since the shoji is arranged continuously in the abutment frame in the direction of movement of the shoji, the shoji will not come off the window frame even when the shoji is lifted at an angle, ensuring that the shoji does not fall off its wheels or fall. It is preventable and safe. In addition, an abutment frame with a length slightly shorter than half of the width of the shoji is provided at both ends of one of the two guide grooves separated by the shoji guide rail, and a contact frame with a length slightly shorter than half of the width of the shoji is placed in the middle of the other guide groove. Since the abutment frame is provided with a length slightly shorter than the width, even if the shoji is closed and locked, the abutment frame placed in the indoor groove on the outside can reliably prevent the shoji from being lifted, thereby improving crime prevention. Above all, it is extremely safe. In addition, the three abutting frames arranged on the upper frame can be removed from the required positions, so that lifting of the shoji in an inclined state can be prevented over the entire range of movement. Also, by removing one or two abutting frames, the shoji can be easily installed and removed.
