れた貫通孔の内周面には内導体がそれぞれ形成さ
れ、その誘電体ブロツクの短絡端面において前記
内・外の導体が接続され、その貫通孔の内部には
共振周波数調整体が挿入されているとともに、そ
の共振周波数調整体の前記貫通孔内部への挿入距
離で当該共振周波数が微調整された誘電体同軸共
振器において、 前記開放端面には凹部が形成されていて、前記
共振周波数調整体の先端が前記凹部から出ない範
囲でその共振周波数調整体により共振周波数が微
