補正 平１．９．１２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 それぞれ接合面を有し、一方の接合面を他方の
接合面に圧着することにより閉磁路が形成される
一対の磁性体コア片からなり、該一対の磁性体コ
ア片間にデータライン挿通路が形成されたコアと
、該一対の磁性体コア片を組み合わせて固定する
固定具とからなるデータライン用フイルタにおい
て、前記固定具は前記コアの外周に沿つた環状の
一部を切り欠いた形状で且つ前記コアの半周以上
の長さと弾性を有し、前記固定具を前記コアの外
周に装着したとき、前記コアの接合面に対して直
角方向及び平行方向への前記固定具の弾性力によ
り前記一対の磁性体コア片の接合面を圧着すると
共に磁性体コア片のずれを防止することを特徴と
するデータライン用フイルタ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれ接合面を有し、一方の接合面を他方の
    接合面に圧着することにより閉磁路が形成される
    一対の磁性体コア片からなり、該一対の磁性体コ
    ア片間にデータライン挿通路が形成されたコアと
    、該一体の磁性体コア片を組み合わせて固定する
    固定具とからなるデータライン用フイルタにおい
    て、前記固定具は前記コアの外周に沿つた環状の
    一部を切り欠いた形状で且つ前記コアの半周以上
    の長さと弾性を有し、前記固定具を前記コアの外
    周に装着したとき、前記コアの接合面に対して直
    角方向及び平行方向への前記固定具の弾性力によ
    り前記一対の磁性体コア片の接合面を圧着すると
    共に磁性体コア片のずれを防止することを特徴と
    するデータライン用フイルタ。
