    話機筐体の受話口用クレードルに係合頭部を形成
    し、この係合頭部に前記送受器の凹部を係合させ
    て、前記送受器を前記電話機筐体に保持させるよ
    うにした卓上、壁掛兼用電話機において、 前記係合頭部をヒンジ部を介して電話機筐体と
    一体形成するとともに、壁掛使用時には前記係合
    頭部を前記電話機筐体から突出し係止させること
    を特徴とする卓上、壁掛兼用電話機。
