Claims (1)

記回転筒の上部から分岐して側壁面に沿つて一定
の距離を保つた状態で上方に延びる中空棒状体と
、上記壁面に対峙する棒状体の側面に所定間隔で
設けられるノズル孔と、上記ノズル孔からエアを
吐出させるためのエア供給手段と、上記回転筒を
回転させるための回転手段とを備え、上記回転筒
に、略Ｌ字状に形成された重り支持棒を下向きに
取り付け、上記重り支持棒の先端に剛性体からな
る重りを取り付け、かつ上記重りに突出部を設け
る一方、上記突出部の回転軌跡上に突出する当た
り板を乾燥塔壁面に取り付けたことを特徴とする
