Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 蒸留、ガスの吸収および除塵、中和等の湿式
    のガス処理装置において、多孔板の各穴の縦軸の
    方向を不規則に配向し、各々の穴の横断面積を１
    ．０cm2以上、穴の長さを２cm以上１０cm以下と
    する多孔板を少なくとも１段に設けたことを特徴
    とする湿式ガス処理装置。 ２ 前記各々の穴の横断面積が１．５cm2以上（
    内径１４mm以上）で、穴の長さが４cm以上７０cm
    以下である多孔板を特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の湿式ガス処理装置。
