If the circulation pump were to malfunction, there was a problem in that the bath heat exchange device itself would become unusable. Therefore, a device that can be used for both natural circulation and forced circulation is required, and at the same time, it is also required that this can be done smoothly without any hindrance caused by hair or the like.

That is, in the present invention, upper and lower hot water circulation passages are opened in the heat exchanger side water wall, and an impeller and an impeller are installed in the heat exchanger side water wall at a position corresponding to the lower hot water circulation passage in the hot water circulation passage. A hot water guide plate is built into the upper part of the impeller, and the impeller has short blades, and a hair blowing part is formed on the periphery of a flange part to which the blades are attached. The lower hot water circulation passages are each connected to a bathtub.

The hot water circulates while being guided by the installed hot water guide board. Such circulation increases the amount of circulation and improves thermal efficiency, but at this time, even if a failure occurs in the impeller or motor, the impeller is built in the side wall of the heat exchanger instead of in the hot water circulation path. Therefore, it does not interfere with the natural circulation of hot water and does not affect the heating of hot water. Further, since the impeller constitutes a part for blowing away hair, etc., hair does not adhere to the impeller.

Upper and lower hot water circulation passages 3 and 4 are opened in this heat exchanger side water wall 2, and in the heat exchanger side water wall 2 at a position corresponding to the lower hot water circulation passage 4 among the hot water circulation passages, An impeller 6 with a blade 5 attached thereto, and a hot water guide plate 7 built into the upper part of the impeller 6, the impeller 6 having a short blade 5 and a flange portion to which the blade 5 is attached. A hair blowing part 12 is formed on the periphery of the bathtub 11, and the upper hot water circulation passage 3 and the lower hot water circulation passage 4 are connected to a bathtub, respectively. 1st
In the figure, the heat exchanger side water wall 2 is configured with an extension part 8 in the lateral direction, and upper and lower hot water circulation passages 3 and 4 are opened in the extended heat exchanger side water wall 2, and the lower hot water circulation The heat exchanger side water wall 2 corresponding to the passage 4
It has a structure in which an impeller 6 and a hot water guide plate 7 are built in the upper part thereof, and the one shown in FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the extension part 8 in FIG. 1 is not included. When the impeller 6 is rotated by the motor 9, the hot water in the bathtub is forcibly circulated within the bathtub and the heat exchanger by the impeller 6. That is, the hot water passes through the lower hot water circulation passage 4 and reaches the impeller 6 built into the heat exchanger side water wall 2, and is guided by the hot water guide plate 7 located above the impeller 6 to the upper hot water circulation passage 3. reach. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, since the extension part 8 is configured, a part of the hot water guided by the hot water guide plate 7 is transferred to the main body side hot water circulation passage 10 as indicated by the arrow in the figure. It flows laterally to exchange heat, and is led to the upper hot water circulation passage 3 and circulated to the bathtub. 1st
In the case shown in the figure, the other part of the hot water is bypassed by the hot water guide plate 7 to the upper hot water circulation passage 3 as indicated by the arrow in the figure, so that the hot water at the lower part of the bathtub is sent directly to the upper part of the bathtub. This results in circulation and promotes uniform temperature distribution within the bathtub. Thus, the hot water guided by the hot water guide plate 7 is circulated through the upper hot water circulation passage 3 to the bathtub. When this happens,
Since the impeller 6 has a hair blowing part 12 on the periphery of the flange part 11 to which it is attached,
The hair reaches the tip of the blade 5 due to centrifugal force, and finally reaches the blow-off section 12 and is blown away. Therefore, during the circulation, the hair does not attach to the impeller 6, and forced circulation is not performed. natural circulation occurs smoothly.

An impeller is built into the water wall on the heat exchanger side, and a hot water guide plate is built into the upper part of the impeller, so if there is a failure of the motor, etc.
Even if the impeller does not rotate due to other reasons, the natural circulation of hot water can be continued without any effect. In addition, it has the great advantage of converting the heat exchanger itself into a pump, which is an unprecedented advantage, and it not only saves space, but also eliminates the need for pipes and other connections, eliminating concerns about water leaks, among other benefits. . In addition, since the impeller has a unique structure, it has the advantage that forced circulation and natural circulation can be carried out without any problems, without the growth of hairs.
