せる回転装置を備えてなることを特徴とする長尺

与えることにより、これに起因して進退移動させ
るように構成したことを特徴とする長尺中空ワー

において、前記回転装置は駆動装置によるシヤフ
トの進退移動に起因して回転運動を付加するよう
にした回転付加装置によつて構成したことを特徴
