In this state, even if the movable trolley moves along the roof surface in the ridge direction, the cleaning carriage will not interfere with the convex portion of the roof surface 40, so the movable trolley can be moved sideways to the end of the roof surface 40 in the ridge direction where surface treatment is to be performed. let Since there is an ultrasonic switch 15 at the tip of the moving trolley in the transverse direction, the ultrasonic switch 15 is activated at the end of the roof, each of the traversing motors 14 of the traveling frame 11 is stopped, and the moving trolley is moved to the roof surface 4.
0 and is held by the magnetic caterpillar 13 without slipping toward the eaves. The wire rope 5 wound around the winch 2 of the moving truck is tied to the Keren carriage, and the cable 6 wound around the cable reel 3 is connected to the relay terminal box 69 (see Fig. 7) of the Keren carriage. .

Next, when the power is turned on and the start switch is pressed, the caterpillar consisting of the V-belt 59 of the Keren carriage placed on the movable trolley descends and comes into contact with the roof surface 40. Next, the winch 2 of the movable cart is operated to rewind the wire rope 5, and at the same time, the travel motor 51 of the cleaning carriage is driven, and the cleaning motor 50 is also activated. As a result, the cleaning carriage moves on the roof surface 40 from the ridge toward the eaves while self-propelled, and the cleaning brush 65 performs surface preparation work. The reason why the Keren Carriage is self-propelled and connected to the winch 2 of the movable cart with the wire rope 5 is because the slope of the roof 40 is gentle, so if it is not self-propelled, it cannot be simply hung with the wire rope 5. This is because they cannot be moved, and self-propelled vehicles alone lack safety.

Next, the winch 2 is operated in the winding direction, the travel motor 51 is reversed, and the cleaning motor 50 is driven to raise the cleaning carriage. At the position where the Keren carriage reaches its upper limit, the carriage moves to the inner edge 1a, 1 of the moving carriage.
Move to position b and operate upper limit switches 9 and 10. This causes the clutch on the drive shaft of the caterpillar to operate and the caterpillar to link 55,
It is lifted by turning 56 degrees. At the upper limit of the lift, the limit switch 67 is activated and the travel motor 51 and winch 2 are stopped.

Next, the movable cart is moved to the next base treatment area and stopped, and the same work as described above is performed. The roof surface 40 is sequentially treated in the direction of the ridge, and when the end of the roof is reached, the ultrasonic switch 1 of the mobile cart is turned on.

When painting, as in the case of base treatment,
Turn on the power and press the start switch. The caterpillar stored in the paint carriage on the moving truck descends and comes into contact with the roof surface 40, and at the same time the lower limit switch 47 disengages the clutch 38 and the driving force of the travel motor 25 is transmitted to the caterpillar. When the winch 2 is operated in the unwinding direction, the paint carriage can move by itself toward the eaves while being suspended by the wire rope 5. At the start of painting, the airless pump 23 for undercoat is activated and the airless pump 24 for topcoat is activated to distribute undercoat paint from tank 21 to each undercoat gun 45 and topcoat paint from tank 22 to each topcoat gun 44. , the undercoat paint is ejected from each undercoat paint gun 45 to perform undercoating first. Then, after a certain period of time, the top coating gun 44
The top coat paint is sprayed out from the top coat and the top coat paint is applied on top of the base coat, and the paint is applied by moving from the eaves part to the ridge part while applying the base coat and top coat at the same time.
The undercoat is, for example, an epoxy paint made of epoxy, a curing agent, white tar, and a pigment, and the top coat is a salt rubber paint made of chlorinated rubber and a pigment. When the paint cartridge reaches the eaves, the lower limit is detected by the ultrasonic switch 48, and at the same time, the travel motor 25 and winch 2 are stopped, and the airless pumps 23, 24 are stopped.

Next, the winch 2 is operated in the winding direction and the travel motor 25 is reversed to raise the paint carriage. When the upper limit is reached, the paint cartridge is transferred to the movable cart, the caterpillar is lifted, and the upper limit switch 9, 1 is activated.
At 0, the travel motor 25 and winch 2 stop.
In this state, the movable cart is moved sideways to the next painting area and stopped, and the coating carriage is lowered again while undercoating and topcoating are simultaneously applied. The mist generated during the above-mentioned painting work is collected by a mist collection device. Further, each gun 44, 45 is connected to a partition wall 43.
Since the guns 44 and 45 are located on the outside, it is possible to prevent the guns 44 and 45 from being contaminated. Painting carriages are sequentially placed on a moving cart and moved side by side, and when the painting carriage moves to the eaves and reaches the end of the roof, it is detected by an ultrasonic switch 16 and the traversing motor 14 is temporarily stopped. Next, painting work is carried out automatically from the eaves to the direction of the ridge.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the automatic painting device for building roof surfaces of the present invention, the base treatment function and the painting function are separated, and the Keren carriage is equipped with all the equipment that performs the base treatment function and the painting function. A winch is mounted on a movable trolley which is equipped with a separate painting carriage carrying all the equipment and can move across the ridge of the roof in the direction of the ridge, and this winch supports the keren carriage and the painting carriage separately. Moreover, the paint cartridge is designed so that the undercoat and topcoat can be applied at the same time.
The following excellent effects can be achieved.

(i) 建物屋根の塗装を人力によらず自動的に行い

(iii) Base preparation is done by simply moving the keren cartridge between the ridge and the eaves, and painting is done simultaneously by moving the roof surface after the base treatment from the eaves to the ridge. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently work on a wide area at once, and the work period can be shortened.
