第１図は本考案による処理機械の全体断面図、
第２図は第１図の線Ａ−Ａに沿つての部分断面図
、第３図は乾燥部の動作を示したブロツク線図、
第４図はＣＰＵ（中央処理装置）またはマイクロ
プロセツサの動作方法を示した流れ図、第５図は
従来の装置（ただし、コンピユータはない）で制
御される乾燥部の動作を説明する概略電気回路図
である。 ５……乾燥室運搬装置、Ｌ１，Ｌ８……赤外線
放射源、９……空気循環装置、６……温度測定装
置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入口および出口を有する乾燥室と、前記乾
    燥室内に少なくとも部分的に配置された運搬装置
    と、フイルム運搬面と対面した細長い形の赤外線
    放射源ランプと、前記乾燥室内の空気の循環装置
    とを有し、 (イ) 前記乾燥室内を循環する空気の温度の測
    定装置と、 (ロ) 前記赤外線放射源ランプに供給される電
    力を変えるための装置と、 (ハ) 前記空気温度の測定結果により、もし前
    記温度が予め定められた値よりも低いかまたは高
    いことがわかつたならば、前記供給電力をそれぞ
    れ増加または減少させる装置、 とを有することと、乾燥するべきフイルムが存在
    する場合に前記ランプへの電力が減少しても実際
    の作業温度にある空気との組合せにおいて前記フ
    イルムの乾燥を行なうことができる与えられた最
    小電力閾値以下の値にはならないことを特徴とす
    る、水を含んだ写真フイルムの乾燥装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    予め定められた前記乾燥温度が３５℃〜４０℃の
    範囲内にある、水を含んだ写真フイルムの乾燥装
    置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    において、乾燥するべきフイルムが存在する場合
    に前記赤外線ランプに供給できる前記最小電力閾
    値が前記赤外線ランプに供給できる最大電力の３
    ０〜８０パーセントの範囲内の値に対応するよう
    に前記赤外線ランプの全電力が選定される、水を
    含んだ写真フイルムの乾燥処理装置。 (4) 前記フイルムのための多くの水を用いた処
    理装置と、さらに乾燥装置とを有し、前記乾燥装
    置が実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項の何
    れかによる装置を有することを特徴とする写真フ
    イルム装置。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項において、
    前記フイルムが前記入口から前記乾燥装置に向つ
    て運搬される間に赤外線加熱により到達できる値
    の作業温度より低い予め定められた大気温度を空
    気に与えるための装置を有することを特徴とする
    処理機械。
