Claims (1)
- 回転自在に支持されているローラと、このロー
ラの外周面に対向する圧電素子とを有しており、
この圧電素子は前記ローラと最も接近している位
置を境界としてローラの接線方向両側に延びる２
つの領域を有し、この２つの領域にはそれぞれ別
々の電極が設けられており且つ、前記圧電素子の
それぞれの電極に対して、この圧電素子の一方の
領域がローラの方向へ膨張するときに他方の領域
が収縮する電圧を与える制御回路が設けられて成
る圧電素子を使用した駆動装置。
