It is composed of a mullion and a horizontal beam, each with a plate of glass inserted into it, and is supported by connecting the mullion to the building frame. The connection consists of a primary bracket fixed to a base integrated into the building frame;
Using the secondary bracket fixed to the mullion, the primary,
Generally, a method is adopted in which both secondary brackets are fastened together using connecting bolts.

た。 The position of the mullion can be adjusted by forming elongated bolt holes in both the primary and secondary brackets and the base, but adjusting the inclination requires separate means. That is, for example, if the base is incorrectly tilted and fixed to the building frame, the primary bracket bolted to it will tilt, and then by bolting the secondary bracket to the primary bracket, it will be possible to create a mullion with the secondary bracket. As a result of the curtain wall being tilted, the curtain wall is not exactly located on the same perpendicular plane;
The problem was that the surface was uneven and unsightly.

いる(実開昭60−53996公報)。 In addition to dimensional errors, such angular errors cannot be avoided during construction, so conventionally, a circular arc surface that rises toward the center is formed on one side of the washer through which the bolt is passed, and the washer is used for both primary and secondary purposes. A proposal has been made to use a washer to absorb angular errors on the circular arc surface and prevent angular errors from spreading to other areas by inserting the washer between brackets or between the bracket and the nut. 60-53996).

However, there was an unavoidable structural disadvantage in that the object could not be stably supported to prevent it from moving. Angular errors often occur only in one direction, and in many cases it is sufficient to absorb angular errors in one direction. It is unnecessary to provide an absorption function.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bolt tightening device for brackets that can provide a stable fastening state between brackets.

A protrusion having a circular arc-shaped curved surface is provided as a fulcrum for receiving the bracket, and a groove having a circular circular curved surface is provided on the opposite side of the one surface of the one bracket, facing back to the protrusion, and a connecting bolt is inserted through the bracket. The gist is that a hole is formed to pass through from the groove to the protrusion, and the connecting bolt is formed in a T-shape with a head protruding to both sides to engage with the groove.

A bent portion 6 projecting to the front in a circular arc shape over the entire length is provided at the intermediate portion between the upper and lower portions by press working. That is, by forming the bent portion 6, a projection 6a having a circular arc-shaped curved surface is formed on the front surface, and a groove ridge 6b having a circular arc-shaped curved surface is formed on the rear surface. Further, in the bending part 6, the through holes 1b, 1b for the connecting bolts 3, 3 are provided horizontally in advance, and due to the deformation during formation of the bending part 6, the through holes 1b, 1b are formed in the grooves 6b.
The shape is expanded from the bottom of the protrusion 6b to the top of the protrusion 6b. The seat plate 1a is provided with long holes 1c, 1c for attachment.

The primary bracket 1 is installed by passing the elongated hole 1c of the seat plate 1a through the mounting bolt 8 and tightening it with the nut 8a, so that the primary bracket 1 is mounted with a forward slope at the same angle as the slope of the base 7. Furthermore, since the connecting bolt 3 can freely rotate up and down around the head 3a, although only within a small range, when the nut 4 is tightened, the washer 5 is joined to the secondary bracket 2, so that the front slope of the primary bracket 1 is does not affect the secondary bracket 2. That is, even if there is an error in the fixing angle of the base 7, the mullion F can be fixed vertically regardless of the angle, and the angle of the mullion F can also be corrected.

The base Fb that supports the bottom frame Fa of the greenhouse glass window is a cloth foundation.
The bracket bolt tightening device of this invention was used to connect it to Ba. The bolt tightening device P is the same in that it consists of a primary bracket 1, a secondary bracket 2, a connecting bolt 3, a nut 4, and a washer 5 (Fig. 4), but is opposite to the above embodiment. On the other hand, the secondary bracket 2 is provided with a protrusion 6a and a groove 6b formed by the bent portion 6. That is, even if the base 7 is installed on the cloth foundation Ba with a slight inclination toward the outside due to a construction error, the foundation Fb can be installed at a horizontal correct angle despite the inclination.

いう効果もある。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to this invention, by providing on one surface of one bracket a protrusion having an arcuate curved surface that serves as a fulcrum for receiving the other bracket in an adjustable angle, Since both brackets can be connected by adjusting the angle in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the protrusion, errors in construction angles in buildings and structures can be absorbed by the connection, and errors in other parts can be avoided. In addition, the washer and nut can be evenly pressed against the bracket without the need to use an unstable washer, so that a stable fastening state between the brackets can be obtained. Furthermore, since the rotation of the connecting bolt is prevented by the engagement between the head and the groove when tightening the nut, there is an excellent effect that it is easy to tighten the nut and is convenient for work. Another advantage is that the inclination of curtain walls, glass windows, etc. supported by brackets can be corrected to be straight and perpendicular.
