Easily affected by moisture from the ground. For that reason,
Conventionally, concrete is poured into the ground beneath the floor.
Methods of using so-called dirt-floor concrete floors and incorporating moisture-proofing materials inside the flooring materials have been adopted. Furthermore, there have been proposed resin sheets with high moisture resistance, and resin sheets in which a hollow partition material is sandwiched between the resin sheets, and a so-called hollow outer surface material is stretched over the lower surface of the floor material.

Therefore, it is weak in strength, and the moisture-proofing effect may be significantly reduced, such as damage to the resin sheet itself during construction on site.

To provide a moisture-proof floor panel in which a moisture-proof sheet made of a non-woven fabric as a base material and a resin film pasted on the bottom surface of a wooden panel made by assembling frame materials into a substantially rectangular shape and laying floor plywood on the top surface of the wooden panel. It is something to do.

全体として高い防湿性を発揮する。(Function) The moisture-proof sheet stretched on the bottom surface of the wooden panel is made of non-woven fabric as a base material and a resin film is attached to it, so the non-woven fabric itself has tensile resistance even when subjected to external forces in the plane direction and in the direction perpendicular to the plane. The so-called moisture-proof sheet itself has extremely high tensile resistance, the sheet itself does not break, and the moisture-proof floor panel as a whole exhibits high moisture-proof properties.

This moisture-proof sheet 1 has a base material of a nonwoven fabric 11 formed by bundling fibrous materials such as polypropylene (P, P), polyethylene (P, E), polyester, etc., and a resin film 12 of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, etc. It is pasted.
The nonwoven fabric 11 and the resin film 12 are attached by applying an adhesive such as water-based vinyl urethane in a uniform thin film and rolling the two together with a roll. Alternatively, it can be applied directly with a hot pressure roll. The so-called moisture-proof sheet 1 is a nonwoven fabric 1
1 is used as a base material, and this base material bears external forces in the plane direction and the direction perpendicular to the plane, so it has sufficient strength against external forces such as tearing force.

As for the work of stretching the moisture-proof sheet 1, since the moisture-proof sheet 1 itself has a high tensile strength, it is made into a rolled endless type in advance, and the dimensions are adjusted while sequentially placing it on the wooden panels 2 conveyed from the conveyor. It is possible to cut and stretch it. In this regard, conventional outer surface materials with a hollow structure have low tensile strength and cannot be made into an endless type, so they are cut into predetermined sizes, stacked in a stockyard, and placed one by one on wooden panels, which reduces productivity. It makes a big difference. Moreover, the moisture-proof sheet of the present invention is wound into an endless roll and only needs to be cut before being stretched, so the area of the stockyard, etc. is also reduced, and the overall manufacturing cost is significantly reduced.

A building is constructed by erecting. As mentioned above, when building the moisture-proof floor panel P, the nonwoven fabric 11 bears all the external forces caused by collisions with other members and the corners of the foundations B and B, and the resin film 12 does not tear. It will not be subject to any damage such as
