FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view of a conventional push button switch, in which A shows the switch in an open state and B shows the switch in a closed state. In the figure, 1 is a frame having an opening 1a, 2 is inserted into the opening 1a, and a collar 2a is inserted into the opening 1a.
3 is a bowl-shaped rubber elastic body that urges the sliding member upward in the drawing, 4 is a movable contact 4a formed by printing carbon, silver, etc. or etching copper, etc. on the lower surface. 5 is an insulating substrate with fixed contacts 5a and 5b on its upper surface; 6 is a movable This is an insulating spacer that allows the contact 4a and the fixed contacts 5a and 5b to face each other at a distance. Here, the frame 1 and the substrate 5 actually extend in the left-right and front-back directions in the drawing, and a plurality of sliding bodies 2, elastic bodies 3, etc. are also arranged accordingly.

When the sliding body 2 is pressed in the direction of arrow A in the state shown in FIG. 1A, the sliding body 2 slides as shown in FIG.
a and the fixed contacts 5a and 5b come into contact and the fixed contact 5
a and 5b are electrically connected via the movable contact 4a to close the switch. Next, when the pressure is released, the sliding body 2 slides in the direction of arrow B due to the biasing force of the elastic body 3, and as shown in FIG. 4a and the fixed contacts 5a, 5b are no longer in contact with each other, opening the switch.

FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a second conventional example of a push button switch. The same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals and detailed explanations will be omitted. In this conventional example, a thin metal plate 7 is used in place of the rubber elastic body 3.

When the sliding body 2 is pressed from the direction of arrow A in the state shown in FIG. 2, the sliding body 2 slides downward in the drawing and the plate 7
is reversed to weaken the urging force on the sliding body, and the flexible sheet 4 is deformed via the plate 7 as shown in FIG.
The fixed contacts 5a and 5b are electrically conductive via the movable contact 4a to close the switch.
Next, when the pressure on the sliding body 2 is released, a force is generated to return the plate 7 from the inverted state to its original state, causing the sliding body 2 to slide upward and the upper surface of the collar 2a to come into contact with the plate 1. As a result, the sliding movement stops and the switch becomes open as shown in FIG.

Even in the above configuration, there is a drawback that when the pressure on the sliding body is released, the collar of the sliding body comes into contact with the frame, which generates noise and gives an unpleasant feeling to the operator.

Further, in both the first and second conventional examples, the movable contact 4 is not connected until the sliding body 2 is slid almost a full stroke.
The structure is such that the fixed contacts 5a and 6a are in contact with each other, that is, even if these contacts are in contact, the sliding body 2 is not further slid, so there is a drawback that the operator feels an undesirable pressing sensation.

The present invention eliminates the above drawbacks, and the third
The embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings below. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the push button switch according to the present invention. In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. 8 is a push button, 9 is a sliding body, 1
0 and 12 are spring coils, and 11 is a rubber elastic body such as silicone. The push button 8 is a sliding body 9
The spring coil 12 is fixed to the push button 8.
And the sliding body 9 is urged upward in the drawing. The sliding body 9, spring coil 10 and elastic body 11 have shapes as shown in FIG. To explain FIG. 4 in detail, the sliding body 9 is provided with a plurality of protruding parts protruding from the lower side of the hollow cylindrical sliding part and facing the sliding part in a right angle direction. The bottom wall has recesses 9a and 9b that are open to the sides and top and have slits 9c that penetrate inward from the outside.
A recess 9d is formed below the sliding portion between the protrusions. The elastic body 11 is a plate-like body 11 having bulges 11a and 11b at both ends, the height of which is larger than the depth of the recesses 9a and 9b.
A projection 11d for positioning the spring coil 10 is formed on the upper surface of the plate-like body 11c, and a projection 11e that contacts the flexible sheet 4 is integrally formed on the lower surface of the plate-shaped body 11c. To assemble the spring coil 10 and elastic body 11 to the sliding body 9, first store the spring coil 10 in the hollow part of the sliding body 9,
Next, the bulges 11a and 11b of the elastic body 11 are engaged with the recesses 9a and 9b of the sliding body 9. Here, to add about the assembly of the elastic body 11 to the sliding body 9, the elastic body 11 is stretched to the left and right in the drawing, and the plate-like body 1
The diameter of 1c is made smaller than that of slit 9c, and when the slider 9 is passed through the slit 9c from below and the stretching force is released, the bulges 11a, 11b
are assembled by coming into elastic contact with the walls 9e of the recesses 9a and 9b. Here, the bulge 1 of the elastic body 11
1a and 11b are housed in the recesses 9a and 9b of the sliding body 9, and the elastic body 11 and the sliding body 9 are stably held. The assembled state is shown in FIG. 3A.

Next, the operation will be explained. When the push button 8 is pressed in the direction of arrow A in the state shown in FIG. As a result, the movable contact 4a and the fixed contacts 5a, 5b come into contact, and the fixed contacts 5a, 5b are electrically conductive via the movable contact 4a to close the switch, as shown in FIG. Even if the push button 8 is continued to be pressed, this closed state is maintained by the protrusion 11e moving upward within the range of the recess 9d of the sliding body 9, as shown in FIG. Here spring coil 1
0 is used when the elastic force of the elastic body 11 is weak or when the elastic force of the flexible sheet is large, and is not necessarily required. Next, when the pressure is released, the biasing force of the spring coil 12 is applied to the sliding body 9.
slides upward in the drawing, and the bulging portion 11 of the elastic body 11
When the upper surfaces of a and 11b come into contact with the lower surface of the frame 1, the sliding movement is stopped. Elastic body 11
Since the bulges 11a, 11b and the frame 11 come into contact with each other, very little noise is generated.

FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of a push button switch showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, projections 11e and 11f are formed on the elastic body 11', and with this configuration, an electrode pattern 5c forming a lead portion can be passed between the fixed contacts 5a and 5b.

As mentioned above, the push button switch according to the present invention has an excellent pressing feel because the movable contact and the fixed contact come into contact when the push button is pressed and the contact state is maintained even if the push button is further pressed. The noise generated when the fixed sliding body is stopped is extremely reduced, and since the sliding body and the elastic body can be assembled together, workability is improved when installing it to the case, and the elastic body Since the plate-like body part is inserted into the slit of the sliding body, it is easy to assemble the elastic body to the sliding body, and furthermore, in the recess opened on the side of the protruding part of the sliding body,
Since the bulge of the plate-shaped body is accommodated and the height of the bulge is greater than the depth of the recess, the elastic body is stably held in the sliding body and is difficult to separate from the sliding body. This has the effect of improving the yield and ensuring that the bulging portion of the elastic body contacts the frame when the pressure is released.
