Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被洗浄物を収納した状態で密閉自在な洗浄
槽と、この洗浄槽内に洗浄用の有機溶剤を送り込
み自在な供給手段と、上記洗浄槽内に存在する気
体を排出する真空ポンプとから成る、有機溶剤を
使用する洗浄器に組み込み、洗浄槽から排出され
た使用済みの有機溶剤を送り込み再生すると共に
、上記真空ポンプから吐出される気体を送り込む
事により、この気体中に存在する有機溶剤の蒸気
を回収する溶剤の再生回収装置であつて、液状の
有機溶剤を貯溜する為の貯溜部と、この貯溜部の
底部に設けられ、貯溜部内に存在する液状の有機
溶剤を加熱蒸発させる為のヒータと、貯溜部の上
方に設けられた密閉空間内に配設され、有機溶剤
を凝縮液化する冷却器と、この冷却器により凝縮
した有機溶剤を受ける受部と、内部に再生使用自
在な乾燥剤を充填し、吸入口から吐出口に向けて
内部を通過する空気中の水分を取り除く除湿器と
、一端を前記密閉空間に開口させた吸入管と、こ
の吸入管の途中に設けられ、密閉空間に向けての
み気体を通過させる第一の逆止弁と、一端を前記
吸入管の他端に、他端を前記除湿器の吐出口に、
それぞれ接続すると共に、途中に開閉弁を設けた
第一の管と、途中に空気加温用のヒータを設けた
温風送り込み管と、一端をこの温風送り込み管の
下流側端部に、他端を前記除湿器の下端部に設け
た温風送り込み口に、それぞれ接続し、途中に別
の開閉弁を設けた第二の管と、上記密閉空間から
吐出された、有機溶剤蒸気を含む気体を冷却し、
この気体中の有機溶剤蒸気を凝縮して、有機溶剤
を回収する二次冷却器と、この二次冷却器設置部
分と外部空間とを連通する管の途中に設けられ、
密閉空間から外部空間に向けてのみ気体を通過さ
せる第二の逆止弁とから成る、有機溶剤を使用す
る洗浄器用溶剤の再生回収装置。 (2) 被洗浄物を収納した状態で密閉自在な洗浄
槽と、この洗浄槽内に洗浄用の有機溶剤を送り込
み自在な供給手段と、上記洗浄槽内に存在する気
体を排出する真空ポンプとから成る、有機溶剤を
使用する洗浄器に組み込み、洗浄槽から排出され
た使用済みの有機溶剤を送り込み再生すると共に
、上記真空ポンプから吐出される気体を送り込む
事により、この気体中に存在する有機溶剤の蒸気
を回収する溶剤の再生回収装置であつて、液状の
有機溶剤を貯溜する為の貯溜部と、この貯溜部の
底部に設けられ、貯溜部内に存在する液状の有機
溶剤を加熱蒸発させる為のヒータと、貯溜部の上
方に設けられた密閉空間内に配設され、有機溶剤
を凝縮液化する冷却器と、この冷却器により凝縮
した有機溶剤を受ける受部と、それぞれの内部に
再生使用自在な乾燥剤を充填し、それぞれの吸入
口から吐出口に向けて内部を通過する空気中の水
分を取り除く、第一、第二の除湿器と、一端を前
記密閉空間に開口させた吸入管と、この吸入管の
途中に設けられ、密閉空間に向けてのみ気体を通
過させる第一の逆止弁と、一端を前記吸入管の他
端に、他端を前記第一の除湿器の吐出口に、それ
ぞれ接続すると共に、途中に第一の開閉弁を設け
た第一の分岐管と、一端に前記吸入管の他端に、
他端を前記第二の除湿器の吐出口に、それぞれ接
続すると共に、途中に第二の開閉弁を設けた第二
の分岐管と、途中に空気加温用のヒータを設けた
温風送り込み管と、一端をこの温風送り込み管の
下流側端部に、他端を前記第一の除湿器の下端部
に設けた温風送り込み口に、それぞれ接続し、途
中に第三の開閉弁を設けた第三の分岐管と、一端
を前記温風送り込み管の下流側端部に、他端を前
記第二の除湿器の下端部に設けた温風送り込み口
に、それぞれ接続し、途中に第四の開閉弁を設け
た第四の分岐管と、第一の開閉弁と第四の開閉弁
とを同じ位相で開閉させ、第二の開閉弁と第三の
開閉弁とをこれとは逆の位相で開閉させる制御器
と、上記密閉空間から吐出された、有機溶剤蒸気
を含む気体を冷却し、この気体中の有機溶剤蒸気
を凝縮して、有機溶剤を回収する二次冷却器と、
