第１図は本考案に係るガラス板の横ずれ検出装
置を示す構成図、第２図は搬送されるガラス板の
載置状態を示す図、第３図はラインセンサーカメ
ラと光源及び板ガラスの位置関係を示す図、第４
図はラインセンサーカメラの出力信号を示す図で
ある。 尚、図面中１……加熱炉、１２……搬送ロール
、１４……搬送炉、１５……撮影手段（ラインセ
ンサー）、１９……信号変換手段、２０……マイ
クロコンピユータである。

Claims (1)
- 成形用温度に加熱されたガラス板を炉出口から
成形装置に搬送する搬送ロールの上方に設けられ
、少なくともガラス板の横巾方向の一端縁部が視
野に入るよう設置された撮影手段と、この撮影手
段の出力信号に基づきガラス板の一端縁部を検出
し、この検出値に基づいてガラス板の横ずれ量を
算出する横ずれ量算出手段と、この横ずれ量算出
手段の出力値を設定値と比較し、その比較値が所
定値以下にあるか否かを判断する判断手段と、こ
の判断手段の出力信号に基づいて検出結果を知ら
せる報知手段とを備えてなることを特徴とするガ
ラス板の横ずれ検出装置。
