チエ素子、６……温度検出素子、７……抵抗電圧
変換回路、８……温度監視回路、８−１，８−２

Claims (1)
- 基準電圧と温度検出素子の端子間電圧との差に
応じた電流をペルチエ素子へ流して発光素子の環
境温度を制御する温度制御回路において、前記発
光素子の適正温度範囲の上限および下限に対応し
て定められる第１および２の基準電圧と前記温度
検出素子の端子間電圧とを比較し、第１の基準電
圧と第２の基準電圧とで規定される範囲内に端子
間電圧がある領域では、前記発光素子の環境温度
の制御を行わないものとする温度監視回路を備え
てなることを特徴とする温度制御回路。
