Claims (1)
- それぞれ、中央開孔部と該中央開孔部の周囲に
複数の開孔とを有する電気的に絶縁性かつ高熱伝
導性のセラミツクスの円板状部材を複数個、該中
央開孔部が放電路を形成し、該周囲の開孔部がガ
ス帰還路を形成するように互いに同心状に連設し
、該放電路の両側に陽極および陰極を設けたイオ
ンレーザ管にであつて、該円板状部材の各々の中
央開孔部にアルミニウムにアルマイト処理を施し
た筒状部材が嵌着されていることを特徴とする水
冷型イオンレーザ管。
