Claims (1)
- 熱良導体からなる筺体にこれと一体的に形成さ
れた少なくとも１本の放熱支柱と、該放熱支柱に
固定されプリント配線基板に実装された発熱素子
に当接した放熱板とからなり、該放熱板に接触片
を設けて該接触片をプリント配線基板のアース端
子に接続したことを特徴とする発熱素子の放熱構
造。
