Claims (1)
- 有底筒状の内容器３の下部に発熱体８を張設し
、内容器３を囲んだ外装ケース２の上端に肩部材
４を結合し、下端に底部材１０を結合し、内容器
内の液体を外部へ吐出する吐出機構７を設け、肩
部材の上端にベローズポンプ５内蔵の上蓋２１と
下蓋２３とからなる蓋体６を設け、下蓋２３の中
央にベローズポンプ５下端に備えた空気排出用筒
部２６と連通する中央開口３１を穿設し、下蓋２
３の下面周りに所定の間隔を隔てて複数のボス部
３２を垂下し、下蓋の下面を覆いかつ中央に開口
２６を穿設したステンレス製の覆板２４を設け、
覆板２４を下蓋２３のボス部３２にビス止めし、
この覆板を介して蓋体を内容器の口元に着脱自在
に装着し、発熱体８にて内容器内の液体を加熱す
ると共にベローズポンプ５の押圧にて内容器内の
圧縮空気を圧送し、内容器内の液体を外部へ吐出
する空気圧利用式の電気ポツトに於いて、上記下
蓋２３の中央開口３１と覆板２４の開口３６とを
上下方向に合わせる一方、外壁に環状溝４０を穿
設し、下壁に下蓋の中央開口３１と覆板の開口３
６との間の距離よりも長い長さの接当部４１を一
体成形した縦断面Ｆ型の筒状のゴムブツシユ２２
を設け、ゴムブツシユ２２の環状溝４０内に下蓋
２３の中央開口３１を形成する周壁を外嵌めする
と共にゴムブツシユ２２の内側にベローズポンプ
５の空気排出用筒部２６を内嵌めし、覆板２４の
開口３６を形成する周壁の上面にゴムブツシユの
接当部４１を当接した状態で下蓋２３の下面に覆
板２４を装着したことを特徴とする空気圧利用式
の電気ポツト。
