Claims (1)
- 金属丸棒の一端に同心上に形成されたほぼ半球
上の底部を有する試料収納部を設け、この試料収
納部に連通して順次同心上に縮径された孔部と空
間部とを設けるとともに、前記試料収納部側の端
面から前記孔部及び空間部を連通して、半径方向
に複数個のスリツトを形成し、かつ前記金属丸棒
の軸方向に冷却路を設けてなる高周波加熱用の水
冷坩堝において、前記スリツトの前記金属丸棒の
外周側及び端面側の少くとも一方のエツジに切欠
部を形成したことを特徴とする水冷坩堝。
