間接に囲繞された加熱室の内部から炉外への排気
を行なう真空加熱炉において、該排気のための開
口部に蓋体が移動可能に取付けられて成ることを
特徴とする真空加熱炉。 ２ 蓋体が断熱材で成形されたものである請求項
