Claims (1)
- 被塗布物を保持したスピナテーブルを軸心回り
に回転させるとともに前記被塗布物の上面にコー
テイング剤を塗布する回転塗布装置において、前
記被塗布物の下面の周縁部に当接するリング状の
凸部を有する円板体を前記スピナテーブルに設け
たことを特徴とする回転塗布装置。
