Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部に冷気排気口と被処理物の供給口とを、下
    部に被処理物の採取口と冷気供給口とを、それぞ
    れ配してなる筒状の装置本体に、該装置本体内を
    上下方向に複数個の処理空間に区画する通気可能
    な棚板を、上記装置本体の筒壁に設けた棚板引出
    口に摺動自在に設けてなるとともに、上記企画さ
    れた複数の各処理空間内にそれぞれ被処理物を攪
    拌する攪拌機を設けてなる凍結装置であつて、上
    記棚板引出口を筒外壁より気密性を有するシール
    室にて覆い、このシール室内を装置本体内圧より
    も陽圧とする給気装置を上記シール室に接続して
    なることを特徴とする食品のバラ状凍結装置。
