連なる冷却罐とを含み、前記熱交換器の出口と前
記加熱罐とが配管で接続されている、蒸留水製造
装置。 (2) 前記配管と前記加熱罐とは該加熱罐の底部
で互いに連通している、請求項(1)に記載の蒸留
