を行う真空紫外線酸化分解装置。 (2) 第1請求項の被処理液の通液路として配管
を使用し、その配管の一側面にフツ化リチウム製
の透過窓を設けた真空紫外線酸化分解装置。 (3) 第1請求項及び第2請求項の真空紫外線と
して105〜147nmの真空紫外線を使用した
