Claims (1)
設け、その透過窓の近傍に設置した真空紫外線発
生光源より放射した184.9nm未満の真空紫
外線を透過窓から被処理液に照射し、被処理液中
に生成させたOHラジカルによつて被処理液中の
有機物の分解及び細菌類の殺菌等の酸化分解処理
を行う真空紫外線酸化分解装置。 (2) 第1請求項の被処理液の通液路として配管
を使用し、その配管の一側面にフツ化リチウム製
の透過窓を設けた真空紫外線酸化分解装置。 (3) 第1請求項及び第2請求項の真空紫外線と
して105〜147nmの真空紫外線を使用した
