ておき、そしてこの取付板7と外壁パネル6の裏
面側との間に固定板4の垂直片3を挿入するよう
にして外壁パネル6の下端部を固定板4の水平片
2上に載置させ、その後ナツト9を締め付けるこ
とにより取付板7と外壁パネル6との間で垂直片
3を挟持し、このようにして外壁パネル6の下端
部を基礎1の固定板4に固着するようにしてい
た。ところが、固定板4は鋼板等で形成されてお
り、屋外に露出した載置部5が冷却されると、固
定板4が冷熱橋となつて固定板4の屋内側に結露
を生じるという欠点があり、内部の床等が損傷を
受けるものであつた。尚、図中10はモルタル等

11が形成されている。外壁パネル6の下部の屋
内側面にはボルト14が埋入固定されており、こ
のボルト14には取付板7の上端部に穿孔した通
孔12が挿通され、ボルト14に螺合したナツト
9にて取付板7がボルト14に固着されている。
断熱材8は断熱カバー13によつて下面側から覆
われた状態で上記固定板4の水平片2の下面側に
配設され、断熱カバー13の屋外側に上方へ折曲
して形成した固着片13が外壁パネル6の凹所1
1の底面に釘等の固着具18にて固着されている
と共に断熱カバー13の屋内側端部に下方へ折曲
して形成した下片17が基礎1の屋外面に固着具
18にて固着されていて、断熱カバー13は外壁
パネル6の下部に取り付けられている。この断熱
カバー13の屋外側の下部には水切片19が下方
へ垂下されている。また、断熱カバー13の上面

側端部が冷却されるのを防止し、従来のように固
定板が冷熱橋となるようなことがなく、内部の床
等が水に濡れるようなことがないものである。
