- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 蓋部材をシールすることのできる上端口縁
部を有するカツプ形状の食品充填用容器において
、該容器の胴部および／または底板部が、内面側
から有孔ポリエチレン／不織布／紙の構成からな
る素材により形成されていることを特徴とする食
品充填用容器。 (2) 有孔ポリエチレンとしては、厚さが１０〜
４０μｍの低密度ポリエチレンで、孔径が０．１
５〜０．５０mm、孔数が３０〜１２０個／cm2の
範囲内であるものを使用し、不織布としては、１
５ｇ／m2〜８０ｇ／m2の乾式不織布を使用するこ
とを特徴とする請求項１記載の食品充填用容器。
