Claims (1)
- シリンダのロツド側にロツド側ポートを、シリ
ンダのピストン側にピストン側ポートを、シリン
ダの中間部に中間側ポートを、それぞれ設け、上
記中間側ポートを上記ロツド側ポート及び上記ピ
ストン側ポートの少なくとも一方に流路を介して
接続するとともに同流路の途中に流路開閉弁及び
チエツク弁を設けて、ストローク調整機構を構成
したことを特徴とするストローク調整機構付流体
圧シリンダ。
