Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面に現像による顕像が形成される像担持体と
    、複数回像担持体の画像を転写するため、転写紙
    を前記像担持体による転写位置に対して往復動す
    る転写紙搬送手段と、該転写紙搬送手段による転
    写紙の搬送路から分岐した排出路に配置した定着
    装置とを有し、転写紙搬送手段が像担持体と接触
    位置と非接触位置との間で位置の切換可能に形成
    されるカラー記録装置において、 前記転写紙搬送手段による転写紙の搬送路の出
    口側延長部が前記排出路に対して分岐した第２排
    出路として形成され、前記搬送路の入口側延長部
    に再給紙搬入路が形成され、第２排出路と再給紙
    搬入路から再給紙された転写紙は前記転写紙搬送
    手段により前記像担持体と接触することなく搬送
    され定着装置を通つて排出されるように搬送制御
    可能であることを特徴とするカラー記録装置。
